Starting EverQuest 2 with ISXEQ2

First launch and authentication

Launching the Game

To start EverQuest 2 with InnerSpace and ISXEQ2 attached, move your mouse to the Windows task bar tray, right click on the InnerSpace icon, and choose the "EverQuest 2 Default Profile":

isxGames Authentication

Once the game has finished the initial loading procedure, the isxGames Authentication Utility window will appear, which looks like this:

Within this window, you will want to enter your isxGames Login ID (Username), and your isxGames Password. The Authenticator will then verify your subscription and will tell you so. If everything is good to go, you can "Close" the window.

Note: If the Authenticator window does not show up (as shown in these screenshots), then you can enter your subscription information manually by following the instructions HERE.

Loading ISXEQ2 for the First Time

Since this is your first time using ISXEQ2, and since you had to go through the isxGames authentication procedure, ISXEQ2 will unload itself. So, now, in game, hit your tilde (~) key and type "ext isxeq2" in the InnerSpace console. ISXEQ2 should then patch itself and load normally.

Good to Know: The good news is that you will never have to do the authentication procedure again unless your subscription lapses or if you are forced to reinstall ISXEQ2. Your information is saved on your hard drive and will be used by ISXEQ2 each time that it loads from this point forward.

And that's it! You've successfully set up ISXEQ2 and are ready to start using it.
