isxGames Support

isxGames does not provide direct customer service for any of the products made available on this website. (This is stated explicitly during the subscription process.) However, there are two options available if you have questions or want to see if someone from the community can provide assistance.

Discord

Discord is the primary method of "real time" communication for users of isxGames products.

To access our Discord server, use the following invitation link:

Once connected to the server, please review the information provided in the #welcome and #rules channels first. Then, you'll need to visit #Channels and Roles to set your role(s), which will make the other channels visible. Once that's done, you can browse other channels, such as #isxeq2 (for ISXEQ2) and #isxeve (for ISXEVE).

Forums

The isxGames forums are now read-only; however, they were very active for many years. Therein, you can find detailed information regarding isxGames products as well as downloads and discussion on many scripts and .NET applications written for ISXEQ2, ISXEVE, other isxGames extensions and much more.
