Cancelling your ISXEVE Subscription
Important: Subscriptions are managed by PayPal.com. No one at isxGames has access to your personal or financial information.
Since your subscription is managed through PayPal, you must cancel it yourself using their system. The process is simple and straightforward.
How to Cancel
Following this link will direct you to your Autopay settings within Paypal. Once there, search for isxGames and follow the appropriate link to cancel all future payments. You could also search for the latest payment made to isxGames via your main Paypal dashboard, and then follow the appropriate links to cancel your subscription.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Once your subscription has been "cancelled", your isxGames authentication will continue to work until the end of your monthly payment cycle. This means you'll retain full access to ISXEVE for the time you've already paid for.
Good to know: You will not be charged again after cancellation, but you can continue using ISXEVE until your current billing period ends.
